E-Z Treat, Inc. is pleased to announce a leadership transition that positions the company for continued innovation, expansion, and long-term growth within the onsite wastewater treatment industry.
Company founder Carlos V. Perry Sr. will transition into the role of Founder & Technical Advisor, where he will continue supporting the company through product development, technical leadership, and design assistance for large projects. Carlos is the inventor and driving force behind E-Z Treat, Inc.’s patented treatment technology, having personally conceived, designed, and developed the innovative system that serves as the foundation of the company today. Through the efforts of a dedicated team of employees, partners, installers, and industry professionals, E-Z Treat, Inc. has continued to grow into a respected leader in advanced wastewater treatment and engineered filtration solutions known for performance, innovation, and customer support throughout the industry.
As part of this transition, Carl Perry has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), leading E-Z Treat, Inc.’s strategic growth and national expansion initiatives.
After a successful 30-year career in the financial services industry, Carl made the decision to retire after accomplishing the professional and personal goals he had set for his career. Throughout those 30 years, he built lasting relationships and earned a reputation for market development, relationship building, and strategic growth within the industry. Having completed that chapter of his professional life, Carl chose to transition full-time into a new leadership opportunity with E-Z Treat, Inc. to help guide the company into its next phase of growth and national expansion. An original investor in the company and lifelong supporter of E-Z Treat, Inc., Carl sees a significant opportunity to build upon the strong foundation already established while positioning the company as a national leader in advanced wastewater treatment and One Water Solutions.

In conjunction with this transition, E-Z Treat, Inc. is also formally announcing the addition of Mark Fricke as National Director of Sales & Marketing.
Mark joined E-Z Treat, Inc. at the end of 2025 and brings decades of leadership experience within the wastewater and environmental industries. Throughout his career, Mark has built and led successful sales organizations, developed national distribution networks, and earned a reputation as one of the industry’s most respected relationship builders and market development leaders.
Following an extensive search for executive sales leadership, Carl recruited Mark to help lead E-Z Treat, Inc.’s national growth initiatives and expanding market presence. Since joining the company, Mark has already helped introduce E-Z Treat, Inc. to new relationships, new opportunities, and strategic markets across the United States.
E-Z Treat, Inc. will continue investing in technology, personnel, customer support, and strategic growth initiatives as the company expands nationally. The company’s advanced treatment systems — including one of the few technologies certified to NSF/ANSI 350 Water Reuse Standards — position E-Z Treat, Inc. to meet the increasing demand for high-performance wastewater treatment solutions across residential, commercial, and decentralized applications.
